This huge jib arm allows a camera to "float" around the room ... and it almost smashed into my head. The arm starts in the top left of the image and extends to the middle.

Early Bust Outs

My start day is tomorrow, Sunday (1c). I reported the other day that I saw the first guy bust out from Day 1a and now two people have told me they were sorry I busted so fast. That wasn't me ;-). I'll try to last longer than one hand tomorrow but things happen.

I actually saw the first person bust out today as well (1b) but didn't catch the action. As I was walking away, the table behind me started buzzing because another player pushed in. There were a lot of chips already in the pot but the all-in push was pretty big. The board was: Q 5 Q 4 K with three spades.

So the guy thinking about calling asks if the all-in player had trip kings. He speculates out loud that the only had he could have was KK (but it seemed to me that KQ was possible as well). The all-in player assures him he doesn't have KK so I assume it has to be KQ or maybe a set of 5s or 4s. Assured that the all-in player doesn't have KK, the guy calls and flips pocket fours for a boat. The original all in player flips KJ off ... he had rivered top pair. OMG. And how did so many chips get in the pot with KJ off. Bax had said it would be like a $10 rebuy.

Saw UB's Debo ... he's at 28k and off to a good start.
